Welcome to InertiaX. These sample terms describe the use of our website, documentation, demos, and other public resources.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the InertiaX websites, documentation, Early Access program, customer portal, package-distribution services, and related services (“Services”).
The Services are provided by Hichem Taboukouyout and Younes Amalou, each acting as a registered auto-entrepreneur in Algeria and jointly operating under the YH Team brand (“YH Team”, “InertiaX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, accepting an Early Access invitation, or participating in the InertiaX Early Access program, you agree to these Terms.
1. About InertiaX
InertiaX is a proprietary commercial software product consisting of software packages, documentation, tools, and related materials for building backend-defined interactive tables.
Use of the InertiaX software packages (“Software”) is governed separately by the InertiaX Early Access Software License Agreement or another license agreement expressly provided with the Software.
If these Terms conflict with the applicable Software License concerning use of the Software, the Software License controls for that subject.
2. Early Access Program
InertiaX is currently made available through a private, invitation-only Early Access program.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
We may select which applicants are admitted to Early Access at our discretion.
The Early Access program has no fixed duration. We may modify, restrict, suspend, or end Early Access, in whole or in part, at any time.
Early Access is intended to allow selected users to evaluate, integrate, test, use, and provide feedback on InertiaX before its general commercial availability.
3. Invitations, Accounts, and Credentials
Accepted participants may receive access to a customer portal and credentials used to obtain InertiaX packages.
You are responsible for protecting your:
- account credentials;
- invitations;
- access tokens;
- registry credentials;
- authentication configuration; and
- other non-public access information.
You must not intentionally give InertiaX credentials to unauthorized persons or organizations.
Credentials may only be used for the participant or organization for which they were issued.
You are responsible for activity performed using credentials issued to you, except to the extent caused by a security failure attributable to us.
4. Package Distribution
InertiaX may be distributed through private Composer repositories, npm-compatible registries, source repositories, download services, or other controlled distribution mechanisms.
During Early Access, we may change or replace distribution infrastructure, including registry providers, URLs, credentials, authentication methods, package locations, package structure, package names, supported tooling, or available versions.
Distribution infrastructure may be interrupted, unavailable, replaced, or permanently discontinued.
No uptime, availability, continuity, or service-level commitment applies to Early Access.
Once you have lawfully obtained a Software package, you may retain private copies and mirrors to the extent permitted by the applicable Software License. You are not required to depend permanently on InertiaX-operated registry infrastructure.
5. Early Access Stability
Early Access versions may be incomplete, experimental, defective, or subject to substantial change.
Features, APIs, package structure, behavior, documentation, integrations, compatibility requirements, and dependencies may change at any time, including through breaking changes.
We do not guarantee:
- backward compatibility;
- migration paths;
- advance notice of breaking changes;
- continued availability of any version;
- continued compatibility with third-party software;
- maintenance of a particular feature; or
- uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for evaluating InertiaX for your intended environment and maintaining appropriate backups, version locks, private package copies, rollback procedures, and other safeguards.
Early Access should not be relied upon for production-critical, safety-critical, or business-critical systems where failure, interruption, incompatibility, or data loss could cause significant harm.
6. Free Early Access and Future Commercial Availability
Early Access may currently be provided without charge.
Free Early Access does not create a right to perpetual free use of InertiaX, continued free access, future releases, future registry access, future services, or general-availability versions.
InertiaX is intended to be offered as a commercial product.
We may end free distribution and make continued use, future versions, updates, services, or general-availability releases subject to payment and different commercial license terms.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees any future pricing, discount, Early Access benefit, support level, licensing model, or other commercial arrangement.
Any future commercial offering will be governed by the terms presented for that offering.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- obtain access using credentials you are not authorized to use;
- circumvent access controls;
- interfere with or intentionally disrupt our infrastructure;
- attack, overload, abuse, or improperly automate our Services;
- probe non-public systems beyond authorization granted to you;
- impersonate another participant;
- distribute credentials to unauthorized persons;
- engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity; or
- violate applicable law.
8. Restricted Uses of InertiaX
InertiaX may not be used to build, operate, materially support, or facilitate a website, application, service, marketplace, or business activity that materially involves:
- the sale or distribution of illegal or recreational drugs, unlawfully supplied controlled substances, or related drug paraphernalia;
- the sale, distribution, or commercial promotion of alcoholic beverages;
- the sale or commercial distribution of pork or pork-derived food products;
- pornography or sexually explicit content;
- sexual services, prostitution, escort services, or businesses primarily facilitating such services;
- products or services whose primary purpose is sexual activity or adult sexual entertainment;
- nudity presented primarily for sexual or adult-entertainment purposes;
- interest-based lending or financing, or financial services whose material business activity involves charging or receiving interest (riba);
- scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, theft, or similar deceptive schemes; or
- intentionally false or materially misleading commercial representations designed to obtain money, property, credentials, or another improper benefit.
Incidental discussion, reporting, educational material, medical material, or other legitimate references to a restricted subject do not by themselves constitute a prohibited use unless the Software materially facilitates the prohibited commercial activity.
These restrictions are also part of the applicable InertiaX Software License.
9. Suspension and Revocation
We may suspend, restrict, or revoke Early Access participation, portal access, credentials, registry access, access to future releases, or other Services at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not required to disclose internal security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, investigation, or enforcement reasoning.
We may take such action where we suspect credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, public disclosure of proprietary Software, resale, prohibited use, security abuse, circumvention of access controls, violation of these Terms, violation of the Software License, or other conduct that may harm InertiaX or its users.
Revoking registry or portal access does not by itself determine whether a previously obtained Software copy remains licensed. Software-license termination is governed by the applicable Software License Agreement.
10. Feedback
You may voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, comments, feature requests, or other feedback regarding InertiaX.
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, incorporate, commercialize, and otherwise use that feedback for the development and improvement of InertiaX.
Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your applications, source code, business data, or other materials merely because they are shown or described while providing feedback.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials governed by separate licenses, InertiaX, its Software, documentation, branding, designs, websites, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the individuals jointly operating under the YH Team brand.
Participation in Early Access does not transfer ownership of InertiaX to you.
Rights to use the Software are granted only under the applicable Software License.
12. Third-Party Software and Services
InertiaX may depend upon, integrate with, or reference third-party software and services.
Third-party software remains subject to its respective licenses.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and other requirements.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
13. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and Early Access program are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuously available, compatible with every environment, or suitable for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YH Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services or Early Access program.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Ending Participation
You may stop participating in Early Access at any time.
We may terminate or suspend participation as permitted by these Terms.
Ending participation may affect your Software rights as described in the applicable Software License.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and other obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as InertiaX and the Early Access program evolve.
The current version will identify its effective date.
Continued participation may require acceptance of updated Terms.
Revised Terms do not create promises concerning future pricing, discounts, commercial plans, features, or availability.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Any applicable court, venue, or dispute-resolution mechanism should be specified here.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your Ea*City Benturquia Boudouaou, Boumerdes, Algeria, 35023.** rly Access participation or rights under these Terms without our permission.
